The core giving stack — sadaqah pages, widgets, recurring, appeals, events, contributor portal, reporting — is $0/month on the Community plan, including one kiosk license and one signage license.
For masjids, Islamic schools, community centers, cemeteries, charities, and Muslim-serving nonprofits of every size.
For large Islamic centers & national organizations.
Payment processing fees are charged by your payment provider (Stripe ~2.2% + 30¢), not by Mohseen — and contributors can cover the fees at checkout.
Add-ons and usage
One pre-funded wallet covers metered usage — SMS, email beyond the included volume, AI generation calls, extra device licenses, and any other metered items — in your organisation's local wallet currency. Community starts with a one-time local-currency credit, such as USD 5 in USD markets or BDT 500 in Bangladesh. Enterprise includes monthly wallet credits, such as USD 50/month in USD markets.
Most platforms charge a monthly fee before a single sadaqah is given — and they have never heard of Zakat. That works for large Western nonprofits with development offices. It does not work for a community masjid in Dhaka, a madrasah in Karachi, or an Islamic charity in London.
So the core giving stack is free, and stays free. Mohseen is sustained by organisations that grow into more — the Enterprise plan, extra device fleets, metered usage, and custom white-label app packaging — never by taking a cut of your community's sadaqah. The Mohseen brand app for admins/staff and contributors is included. No riba, no hidden fees, no surprise invoices: metered usage is pre-funded from a wallet you control.
Common questions
Yes. Mohseen charges $0 on the Community plan. Your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, bKash, etc.) charges their standard processing fee — Stripe is typically ~2.2% + 30¢. We add no markup, and contributors can choose to cover the fees at checkout.
Every plan includes a generous monthly email volume. Beyond that, sending will be metered from your usage wallet in your organisation's local currency (metering is planned; no per-email price is published yet). Community includes a one-time starter credit, such as USD 5 in USD markets or BDT 500 in Bangladesh. Enterprise includes monthly wallet credits, such as USD 50/month in USD markets. Both apply to wallet-metered items like email, SMS, AI generation, extra device licenses, and any other metered items.
SMS is metered by destination country and paid from your local-currency wallet. SMS routing is live for Bangladesh today; other regions are on the roadmap. OTP sign-in codes fall back gracefully to email where SMS isn't routable.
One pre-funded balance in your organisation's wallet currency covers metered usage — SMS, email beyond the included volume, AI generation calls, extra device licenses, and any other metered items. You top it up when you choose; nothing is charged behind your back. Community gets a one-time starter credit, and Enterprise gets monthly credits for ongoing usage.
Yes. Every list in the dashboard has a CSV export — contributor profiles, sadaqah history, appeal data, commitments. Your organisation's data belongs to you, and you can take it with you at any time, on any plan.
There are no interest charges, no subscription debt, and no penalty fees. Usage is pre-paid from a wallet you control, and pricing is published openly — no riba, no gharar. Mohseen never takes a percentage of your community's sadaqah.
No. Your contributor data is never used to train external AI models. AI features run within your organisation's tenant boundary with the same encryption and access controls as every other feature — and every AI draft waits for staff approval before it sends.
